Artwork

In most instances we can provide artwork for you order, once the order has been placed and payment is complete.

Unfortunately there are a 'few bad actors' who request artwork and then shop around to try and find cheaper deals. We have been sent some of these before and feel it is unfair to use someone elses time and creativity once they have completed artwork, hence we do not offer this service until an order has been placed.

Should you wish to supply your own artwork to us, we will need the following file formats dependent on the type of sign required :-

Laser Engraving

We will need a vector / outline file to work from, as the machinery needs that information to decipher what it needs to engrave. File types can be eps, ai, png, pdf or CorelDraw files as long as they are vector images.

Digital Printing

High quality bitmap images are acceptable i.e. pdf, jpg etc.

Vinyl Graphics

We will need a vector / outline file to work from, as the machinery needs that information to decipher what it needs to cut. File formats can be eps, ai, png or pdf  files as long as they are vectors.

Other artwork

If your design is simple we may be able to recreate it for you, this will normally incure a modest fee to cover our time and would be payable on placement of the order.

You will need to send this through to us initially to quote that cost for you.
