Delivery on UK Orders
We aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible; exact time will depend on items being in stock and the particular item/s you have ordered, but we generally endeavour to dispatch within 1-2 working days, with the exception of Brass and Aluminium engraving which will take longer due to the processes involved.
Should the item you require not be in stock, we will contact you to advise of any delay and offer alternatives if applicable or offer you a refund if we cannot meet your deadline.
If you have an urgent order, please contact us and we will do what we can to speed up manufacture / delivery.
Free Delivery - Temporarily Suspended
Orders over £50.00 exclusive of VAT are eligible for Free Delivery, which will generally take 3-4 days from despatch.
We have temporarily had to remove this option due to Corona Virus, as entails unnecessary contact, as would have to go into the Post Office. Our priority is keeping our staff and customers safe.
Should your order be less than £50.00, or if you need the goods more quickly please select one of the other delivery options available.
Coronavirus - Changes to Delivery
We have temporarily suspended Recorded Delivery, as this means our staff would need to visit the Post Office and this could pose a health risk for them.
We have reduced the postage cost from £4.95 +VAT to £3.50 +VAT and can send the parcel to you with Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery for orders up to 330mm x 430mm in size.
Although your parcel will have our Return Address on it in case of any delivery issues, you will not be able to track it, so this done at your own risk.
We are still using the courier companies and would ask you to choose on of those options if you need to track your goods - thank you for your co-operation during this unprecedented times.

All orders over £50.00 can be dispatched by courier for Next Day* Delivery once ready @ £9.95 +VAT
You may also collect your goods from our Southend premises.
( Please contact us if you would like an alternative delivery method and we will try to accommodate your request).
All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT at 20%, this will be added on at checkout.
* SK Signs cannot accept responsibility for late delivery caused by the courier company. We endeavor to use a reliable courier service, but occasionally goods do arrive later than planned due to unexpected circumstances.
NB Please note if you are ordering from Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight or some of the more remote parts of Scotland our courier does not cover these areas, so goods will be sent as First Class Signed For Delivery.
Orders from Europe
Please contact us before completing an order from outside of the UK.
Returns PolicyYou may return goods that have arrived damaged or if the wrong item has been sent within 7 days for a refund or replacement . If goods have arrived damaged please notify us within 24 hours. Please keep all packaging materials and return the goods & packaging, so we can prove damage in transit to our courier company.
We will not refund any order if the reason for the return is that you made a mistake or have changed your mind about the order.
(All goods are made to order, inclusive of regulatory signs, allowing you the opportunity to alter signs to suit your exact requirements).
IMPORTANT NOTE If you are unable to check your goods on delivery please indicate on the paperwork, when signing, that you are accepting the goods “unexamined”. We cannot replace goods damaged in transit without this.

NB: When a confirmation of the order is sent, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect ourselves in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable or offer a full refund.
