Delivery
Delivery on UK Orders
We will be closed from 20th December 2024 until Tuesday 7th January 2025.
No goods will be manufactured or despatched over this time period.
We aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible; exact time will depend on items being in stock and the particular item/s you have ordered, but we generally endeavour to dispatch within 1-2 working days, with the exception of Brass and Aluminium engraving which will take longer due to the processes involved.
Should the item you require not be in stock, we will contact you to advise of any delay and offer alternatives if applicable or offer you a refund if we cannot meet your deadline.
Please do not add a construction site as the delivery address, as 9/10 the couriers have problems delivering.
If you have an urgent order, please contact us and we will do what we can to speed up manufacture / delivery.
Delivery Charges
If you are local to us, you are more than welcome to collect, give us a call and we can arrange your order offline.
Otherwise, please select courier service, as this is the only way we can currently provide a reliable track and trace facility.
Courier Parcel Delivery
All orders can be dispatched by courier for Next Day* Delivery once ready @ £9.95 +VAT
You may also collect your goods from our Southend premises.
( Please contact us if you would like an alternative delivery method and we will try to accommodate your request).
All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT at 20%, this will be added on at checkout.
* Customers in some parts of Scotland, N Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man we will send your goods with Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked service as our couriers do not cover these areas.
** SK Signs cannot accept responsibility for late delivery caused by the courier company. We endeavor to use a reliable courier service, but occasionally goods do arrive later than planned due to unexpected circumstances.
Orders from Europe
Please contact us before completing an order from outside of the UK.
Returns Policy
You may return goods that have arrived damaged or if the wrong item has been sent within 7 days for a refund or replacement . If goods have arrived damaged please notify us within 24 hours. Please keep all packaging materials and return the goods & packaging, so we can prove damage in transit to our courier company.
We will not refund any order if the reason for the return is that you made a mistake or have changed your mind about the order.
(All goods are made to order, inclusive of regulatory signs, allowing you the opportunity to alter signs to suit your exact requirements).
IMPORTANT NOTE If you are unable to check your goods on delivery please indicate on the paperwork, when signing, that you are accepting the goods “unexamined”. We cannot replace goods damaged in transit without this.

NB: When a confirmation of the order is sent, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect ourselves in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable or offer a full refund.
